Please record all your VA interactions, you can use it if you need to file a complaint with the Whitehouse hotline and speak to a supervisor and tell them you recorded your C & P exam and will upload it if they do not follow up with your complaint. contact your local news if you have to.

I never had a problem with QTC but however, had numerous problems with LHI! I will definitely do this! Thank you 🙏🏼 for sharing!

I have an exam with QTC coming up soon and I'm really dreading it based on what I have read on the reviews online. Most vets don't know they can request a different contractor. The first one they assigned me was LHI. Semper Fi devil dog. I hope things work out for you. I'm currently at 90% and should be at 100%. I've had over 8 operations. The White House complaint line is a good place to report things.

I just had this happen to me this past week. I'm glad I called and filed a complaint. She did so many similar shadyness like this with me too. It was really uncomfortable, good for you for standing up for yourself!

You are preparing me. I just received information from the VA that I have an upcoming QTC Exam next month in response to my claim. Like you, I was in the Army from the mid-80s to 90 and we were not encouraged to go to sick call EVERY TIME we had an issue. Now, I feel all of that stuff in my body. Thanks for the video.

You are right!!! I had a PTSD C&P that was completely unrelated to it or the stressor and symptoms. I file complaint immediately after with VA, QTC, and requested a new exam.

I'm sorry you went through that experience. I had a provider tell me I had to work through the pain as well. I told him no the hell I don't because it hurts too bad and he better stop. I had my fist balled up ready to punch him.

I recently had a PTSD exam and told the gal my daily struggles and how it effects me and she was worried I would harm myself and gave me a card for the crisis line. Be brutally honest

I'm sorry this happened to you bro. You need to request an examination with LHI they are way superior and veteran oriented than QTC. Really hoping you get what you deserve! Good job recording and reporting, evidence makes the world go around in regards to VA benefits so your definitely doing the right thing. The VA tried to send me to send me to a QTC for my last C&P but I had to freak out on the VA, not QTC as the VA scheduled my appt over 100 miles away from my house. It took them 4 separate appts for me to cancel on because min 100 miles away before they got someone 70 miles away and I said screw it. Just to walk in and be told nothing was needed. The appt was nothing but red tape BS and I was approved without going. Oh and the Whitehouse number only transfers your complaint to your local patient advocate too. I have a complaint it about the Patient advocate with the OIG so the WH number does me no good.

I waited 5 months for a 10 minute exam. They scheduled me again 2 more times for the same thing and finally I had a 45 minute appointment that I was able to give information and the examiner collected enough info.

After I got knocked out from an IED blast, last I remember was getting cussed out.
Medical? Lol where? I was in the middle of Afghanistan literally no hospital in safe driving distance, it requires a helicopter and no way theyd send one for me.
Basically I went 6 months with an untreated concussion, and forever more until the symptoms are now starting to manisfest

How timely this was! I had a PTSD exam at 7:00 AM on Oct 24th. The psychiatrist had the secretary cancel the appointment and tried to blame it on me! I called QTC and they called the secretary while I'm on hold, then came back and said the examiner broke protocol and it wes their "bad", and scheduled another appointment for Halloween at 1:00 pm. I show up and there are 4 women in on the examination, 2 interns and the shrink and the secretary. I went through the exam and talk about rude, in your face "Boss Babes"! I was pissed but I have money on this exam! I thought about it and this nut case was lacking mental and moral equilibrium. I called up QTC and complained and demanded another examiner and asked why they had a female when I specified a male examiner and made sure it was recorded. What is that white house complaint number? These people are out of control! I'm old enough where I don't take shit from fools and I can't believe that that psychiatrist should be allowed to practice; she crossed too many lines and was rude and in my face the whole time! Help, anybody???

I had one with VES and she didn't take any measurements but one on my right knee and didn't take any measurements on shoulders but I didn't know you had to file a complaint and now my knee claim has been deferred
