Yes! It's so interesting how society was designed for men. Men's hormonal cycle is 24 hours, so it makes sense to have a 9 to 5 work day (capitalizes on their peak energy, then rest while energy is low). Whereas women have a 30-day hormonal cycle (so it would make more sense to be productive while ovulating, rest while menstruating). So the workday/society is literally built around the productivity of men, and women are just supposed to work & power through our "down" time of the cycle. I think it's so awesome that you have a job that you can tailor to your energy needs <3 love to see this being normalized!
