EXTRACTING OIL FROM AVOCADO (HEAT METHOD)

I've learnt something new thanks 😊. I knew avocado had oil in it but never knew how to extract it. As kids we would just apply the whole green avocado puree on our hair 😂

Hi. How many avocado's did you use for this much oil? I used 12 small avocados using the sun dry method, they yielded approximately 150 ml of oil. Yako inakaa mob waah😂

Is there a use for the leftover avocado? Or do you just toss it?
