I prefer the second one because it's a cold extraction so the oil will maintains all its chemical properties ❤

I like the last method . Do it in lowest heat so it wont destroy the nutrient. Also, when sunflower oil or coconut oil is added, it will give extra value...thanks for the video. 🥰

I like how you showed 3 different methods. I'm going to try the 3rd one, but without the extra oil. Pray for me. This is my first attempt.

I stopped at the second method.
Reason is: sunflower is an industrial unsaturated seed oil. So at no point will it give you an organic avocado oil which is saturated.

So from these 3 methods, it is safer to say the first two are the best to give 100% organic avocado oil. They are heat pressed and cold pressed respectively.
