I was recently unpleasantly challenged by a commenter on a Bobby video for stating that most commercial avocado oils are also unhealthy, as most use the same awful manufacturing process used for Canola Oil.

I never said avocados are bad. Svocados are extremely healthy, and IF you can obtain the raw, cold-pressed, small organic farm kind of avocado oil (which is pricey and made in limited batches), then yes, it is great.

Dr. Sten Ekberg has been the most reliable source I have found in decades. He showed the processes most bulk avocado oil undergoes.

I have tried to research healthier foods and ingredients for my family, on YouTube, in the past and was always overwhelmed with a bunch of papers in front of me with notes and ingredients and after spending too much time in grocery store and spending too much money, I gave up. That was about two yrs ago but after finding your channel recently, I decided to try again. Thank you for being clear, concise, straight to the point and making short videos packed with details. I love how you actually stand in the store and show products to look for and what not to get. This week I slowly started to replace things like my mayo and other things with things made with better oils. So far we have been eating healthier for about four days now and most the stuff was either same price or just a tad more because I’m shopping also, Walmart, and grocery store outlet (kind of like an Audi too) I’m not overwhelmed and just slowly changing our eating habits and it’s been great.

So 2.25 acres gives an upyield of up to $30, 000 of avocadoes every year this is in Kenya, they cut up a forest just to plant avocadoes here... They're really cheap here but once they go to US it's expensive asf here we buy one for $0.1 per piece

True, but just gotta look for trusted quality and the other thing is that it’s a much better option for high smoking temp that’s affordable.
