John Amos is a class act. When his character died on Good Times, it was heart breaking. The show was never the same without him.

This wasn't an interview it was a stand up act and John Amos was a captive audience. John Amos is the best. Dignified and professional. He refused to get down in the mud with her and pile on. A class act

"he's going to die in prison." Guess she can eat those words.

I hate how the interviewer kept needling Mr.Amos. He obviously didn't want to talk about Bill. Great job!! Love you, Mr. Amos. You're a class act!!

This was more like an interrogation than an interview. John Amos is a personal favorite of mine and will always be. You can see the kind of stand up man he is in just these 6 minutes of video.

God, I just love John Amos. When I was a little white kid in the 70s watching Good Times I related so much to the loving yet hot tempered dad he portrayed. So much like my dad. What a gentleman. 🧡

I'm glad Mr Amos took the high road concerning Luenell's questions about the Cos...sign of a wise and mature MAN!

He said "no comment" & she kept ranting on. Kudos to John Amos for handling himself with class.

I met Mr. Amos when we lived in the Bahamas for a year. He with his 2 daughters came over looking to make a purchase of a similar home on the island. I was maybe 13 or so, he was a very kind person along with his daughters. 😊👍🏾

Love this man. He was perfect in any role. His role as father on Good Times is legend. He was also great as "Gordy" on Mary Tyler Moore. I heard they were going to expand his role when he was offered the starring role on Good Times. He did go back to visit on MTM on one episode "Hail the Conquering Gordy" and it was a wonderful loving reunion

Huge props, much respect to John Amos. From Good Times to Roots to Let's Do It Again to Coming to America and beyond w/ many stops in between. He's a true O.G. and much beloved. That said, he was killing me with those face contortions...

I hate when interviewers try to get people to say disparaging remarks about someone or something when there is no substantial evidence and only rumors.
