I'm 6'5" and played basketball. Several years ago, when I was in Hollywood, California, a wax museum had a life-sized wax figure of Wadlow. I stood next to that wax figure and noticed that I came to his elbow; he was indeed a giant of a man.

There's a real life size statue of Robert Wadlow at Ripley's Believe it or not in Gatlinburg TN. I think the top of my head reached his belly button. He never stopped growing until he died. Imagine if he made it to his 50's. He'd been 10' tall. Dude was enormous.
