My school has these metal roofs above the real roof and when I’m inside, you don’t get any service but outside you can access pretty much anything and every time you join the Wi-Fi inside the building, you have to sign terms and conditions bit sus if you ask me

That's literally the fattest cap, it actually has to do with the thickness of the materials of the structure and the materials being used in the structure causing interference that's why. The only facilities that use jammers tend to be public schools and private work facilities.
