Thanks. So hard for me to maintain eating healthy and doing your recommendations. Even though when I have I am so much more alert, happy and healthy. I just get down in the dumps about my life and lack of success due to my own inability to make prolonged good responsible decisions. Thank you for beating this drum. It’s one thing that keeps me from totally spiraling out of control again.

You should be fasting before, but mostly on the plane. eat no food. Grounding after the flight to repair EMF damage.
