Theory: the ‘monster’ you see when you pauze the video maybe could be Afton after vanny helped him get out of the fire. His animatronic suit has burned off, if you look at it, it looks like aftons Skeleton that was inside scraptrap. Maybe vanny later steals parts from the animatronics to make a suit for him.

Since they are all technically animatronics in the show this could mean:
- Freddy literally ripped a person's face off until there's only the skeleton left
- There are robots disguised as people trying to harm Freddy and friends
- Freddy doesn't know that he, Bonnie and Chica are also animatronics
- Foxy actually didn't mean no harm at all, Freddy and friends ran away and ripped his face off for no reason

As soon as I read Alpha Z 6 Groups, I thought about the missing kids. What if that “Alpha Z” is a code name for Vanny/Glitchtrap/Afton’s plan, and “6 Groups” means that he needs six kids. And that’s why they are so persistent to get Gregory. Maybe Gregory is that last kid they need to probably resurrect Afton with remnant?
