This era of Pokémon has come to an end, but legends like Ash/Satoshi and Pikachu are never forgotten and the journey never ends in our hearts.❤💙
Ash accomplished his goals and even got to end his journey with the friends he started his journey with and that's poetic.
I grew up with them from the very start of their journey and saw their conclusion to their journey. It's bittersweet, but it's been a great adventure and wonderful memories.
You both are the very best like no one ever was and Gotta Catch Ya Later.
Now it's Liko's time for their adventure. I love the inclusion of the Pokémon League hair chip on Liko referencing Ash's the Official Pokémon League cap's logo worn by Ash at the beginning of his journey. A fitting reminder what an incredible protagonist Ash Ketchum had been for the last 25 years.
Even though Ash and Pikachu's time as the protagonist are done, their journey continues somewhere even if without us.
But, I'm pretty sure Ash will make cameos every now and then in the show. Be cool if the new characters Liko and Roy encounter Ash and Pikachu looking into the distance on top of a mountain and them saying "Champion Ash...".

I'm going to miss Ash and Pikachu. I grew up watching their adventures ever since I was a kid. From the very first episode all the way to the final episode I've been cheering them on, and now it's time for them to run off into the sunset on their next journey without us. But I know we'll be seeing them again sometime and somewhere soon in the next anime.
