Farewell Ash Ketchum

After 25 years, Ash can finally retire as a Pokémon master! After watching him ever since the first episode aired on Kids' WB, I felt like I needed to animate a tribute for him and his friends marking the end of an era. A HUGE part of my childhood has ended and I'll miss him deeply, but I also look forward to what the anime holds in the future!

Damn the final episode didnt make me tear up or nothing but this little clip and the SONG did and just reminded me of being little and growing up with pokemon and all the different groups of friends I’ve had throughout the years just like Ash did. Throughout all those 25 years, my friends have come and gone but one constant was Ash and Pikachu. Thank you Ash and Pikachu for 25 years of friendship.

Edit: with ash gone, we can truly say goodbye to the old pokemon. The ones that we grew up with in the early 2000s. Without him, it wont ever be the same for me

I've been watching Pokemon since 2004, when I was 3 years old. For me, the best of the seasons was "XY", the most beautiful and touching. And I've been on this path for 19 years with Ash Ketchum and his friends. Thank you for everything and for our happy childhood.
