Me and my older bro have been in the gym for 2 yrs as natty. I squat 385 and he does 435. It is definitely possible if you really work towards it with dedication, proper eating, a good sleep schedule, and most importantly taking rest if you are sore. My brother doesn't get as sore so he goes 3 times a week training full body for 4 hrs each time; meanwhile I go roughly once a week and train full body with extremely high intensity then rest for the remaining days. We both get consistent progress on all our lifts so never let anybody tell you that you can only achieve less 💪stay strong
