Thank you for uploading the video. I tried following this tutorial yet I don't have that option in the notifications menu. I even tried looking for it in the settings but it still doesn't allow me to do it. My phone doesn't have any mods (I recently enabled the developer options as I was seeking out a work around this situation and still nothing).

if you find files with no folder icon and instead a lock next to some sort of router icon in one of your folders, don't worry. Just wait and after some minutes those files start showing up as they are, allowing you access.
That's what happened in my case

This worked for me as fare as my PC displaying my phone contents, but how would I view my phone's SD Card through my PC? Would it show as another drive separate from my phone, or would it show as a sub-folder of my phone, or something completely different?

I was wondering if it is at all possible to access the files without control on the phone end?
Since my phone has a busted screen, it would be quite difficult to do anything on the phone side of things.

My cloud is downloading files to my device to the Android/date folder... and it's all access denied... there is no way to manually change the download file path, and it won't let me move these files to another part of the phone or to a PC... I am at my wits end... how can I get help?

It would appear that I can't even follow the beginning, my phone connects as charging, then it's as if it's not plugged in at all, but it still makes the sound of disconnecting when I plug it out
