Easy Chicken Satay

You have heard of satay, right? Satay is famous in Southeast Asian countries especially in my home country Malaysia. It's seasoned meat on skewers that's then grilled on the barbecue and served with peanut sauce.

This easy chicken satay is my simplified version (both in ingredients and method) that's equally delicious and still preserving the amazing flavours of satay. Cook them on the stove or grill, your choice.
