Hahaha this is some de ja vue, I hit up a Wawa every morning for coffee by my house, I'm a VW / Audi group guy more or less, I'm a fan of all different cars but those are my favorite, I have a really nice mark 7 golf R in beautiful shape, my dream car I saved forever to get and the other day I pull up to Wawa in it, and like a total dork I'm wearing my VW performance shirts, looking like I work for them😂, next to me pulls up a guy in a mint tan s2000, beautiful car, and he's rocking a Honda performance polo shirt lol.I didn't notice at first, then look up and he looks over at me, pretends to throw his coffee at my ride jokingly, then shows off his whip and Honda shirt, basically stuntin that honda romps on vw .He was funny as hell, I broke out laughing, we had a good laugh.S2000's were always a favorite of mine!

The Honda S 2000 is a very finicky car. It is prone to losing control there is videos out there of the Honda S 2000 just driving a straight line and then suddenly the entire car leaves the road. I know there was different engines installed in these vehicles from factory depending on the year but at the end of the day it’s really not that much power to suddenly just lose control. if you can afford one of these cars, don’t buy it until you have a couple years of track days on to your belt it’s most likely due to the swaybar and the linkage

K swap once the engine gives you any trouble. It’s just a better motor and a lot more aftermarket parts for it. The f20 is amazing for a factory road car engine, but it has its own issues and has zero mid range power. It’s a very unique car that’s for sure.
