My husband and I were privileged to see Dudley Moore in Portland, Oregon at a concert. The highlight was his performance of Gershwin's "Rhapsody in Blue". Not sure how many people realize that he was a concert pianist.

Waylon Jennings was one of the most legendary outlaw country singers ever. He had such a powerful voice and style. I remember watching The Dukes Of Hazzard, and he'd narrate the series. He was so influential.

And you know, I once worked with a guy related to him. Hell, they even looked like each other! Haha.

My mother worked for Wendy’s in the 1990s. Everyone who worked at her store worshipped Dave Thomas. We both cried when he passed. It felt like we’d lost a member of the family.
