How about doing a series showing some of the neighboring communities where a person might rent a house? Everyone always wants to show condos in the heart of whatever city they are showcasing on their YouTube channels. For similar prices, you can get some wonderful homes in gated communities with amenities like pools and gyms. Not everyone wants to live the city life.

These prices are way way inflated. These are farang prices.
A 2 bedroom condo in Mobi Ideo Rama 9 within 100m walking distance of Rama 9 MRT that's fully furnished is asking for only 25k a month.

For me, I would be curious to see what things like Utilities cost...Internet, electricity, cost of water - I am noting that some of these places you are showing in Bangkok are not as inexpensive as some would suggest. You can get 30sqm condos with the same amenities for 10k 12k... sometimes even in Onnut 8k. I have to say these are proper expensive for bkk.

I live in ekkamai, and my condo should have been 15k . I got it for 11k.
