100% worth it. My apartment is smaller but 2 bed 2 bath. And $2000 a month. We don't have a pool. But we do have a bedroom size gym.

My only problem with these condos is glass from floor to roof. I don't want to risk launching myself out the window if I have an intense nightmare, LOL.
I know that wouldn't actually happen, but yeah.
Just imagine, you're having a little nightmare and backflip through the glass and suddenly you're airborne.
I'd have to sleep in a squirrel suit just in case.
Realistically of course, absolutely worst case
(1) you'd kick the glass hard enough in your sleep for it to break, and then you'd wake up like "WTF". And that probably never happens XD
I think I mostly just dislike heights not because I am tall and when I rent an apartment there is usually some crotch+height railing on my balcony that makes the balcony seem like a threat to my existence whenever I go out there.

Price is normal for what you show but can find the similar pricing even closer to more popular areas
