And I really like that you present the price in Thai Bath. 🙏 But I feel you miss a lot of potential buyers by not mentioning the full Maintenance Fee for each unit and by not show a finance plan example since many foreigners may not have the money to buy it out fully. How many percent(%) do you need for down-payment on a condo like this as a foreign buyer?

These condo units have a pattern of the outside component of the mini-split being placed within the balcony space. This takes up premium space, also the noise and wind when the mini-split is running, which would be often in the Bangkok heat. Why isn't the exterior mini-split equipment mounted on the wall, outside of the balcony?
