BASICS: face sideways, looking at the target as displayed in the video, then draw the bow back after putting your arrow in, pull it to the corner of your mouth that is facing away from the target. Look down the arrow and aim toward the center, or the yellow. Then, as you are exhaling, let go. (This slows your heart rate and reduces any shakiness) once you let go, hold that position. With the hand you held the arrow with, pull it back to your ear, as if you’re painting your face. Hold this position until it gets to the target.

SUGGESTIONS: I suggest the Genesis bow for beginners, and long sleeves in case the arrow hits your arm.

PULLING ARROWS: place your hand around the arrow, thumb below it and other fingers above it. Then with your other hand, pull the arrow out.
