A good tip for light weights - when you sprawl, make sure to dig your hip bone into wherever on your opponent’s upper body your hip lands on when you sprawl, I’m a skinny dude and my hip bone pops out quite a bit and when I sprawled, no one could finish
Edit: also forgot to say when you sprawl, extend your legs as straight as you can behind you

My daughter just started wrestling this year (she won a match at state even) and I watch these types of videos to try to help her. I would really love to see these moves at full speed in a match along with the instructionals.

On number 3 we we're taught to sit out before breaking the grip. It works both ways but what you showed seemed more for a stand up kind of guy. Just observation luv ya bro your channel is a good inspiration for my wrestling career

"in his you-know-what"
Crotch. It's okay to say that.
I really enjoy watching you high school guys do these videos. Good instruction and you have an entertaining video style.
And wow!... we didn't have a wrestling room like that when I was in high school! Especially all that great stuff on the walls. Our wrestling room had, ummm, NOTHING.

Oh, and I thought it was very classy of you to put "Moves start at 1:10" at the beginning.
