Lets be technical.

Its not the amount of tech. Video editor doesn't matter. Amount of "bling" (FX) doesnt matter.

What matters is the ability for story-telling. Writing a great video script.

Ive seen people (back in the day) with Windows free video editor succeed where many with shiny bling did not.

Its the content that matters most. The question: "Am i providing something of value to my viewer?"

To tell a story in video requires only the ability to cut, paste, and arrange to tell the story.

Bling isnt what holds a viewers attention. Its appealing to the viewers curiosity and need.

Bruh you covered zzeerrrooo specifics when talking about how paid softwares "have more creative options." Pretty lame, because it doesnt allow us to form our own opinion on whether this program meets our needs or not. It sounds like you basically just pay for effects like color correction, zoom, screen shake, etc, but it'd be nice to know what kind of effects this program does offer, if it offers any at all, and what kind of effects are typically seen in paid software.
