I honestly don’t know why they came up with “aerodynamic” looking ass shoes either.

I just looked up "Correct toe" toe spacers. $65!!? You have got to be kidding me. They're literally tiny pieces of silicone. Unreal how much some companies just blatantly rip you off.

As a kid I played barefoot or with open foot sandles, everyone said it will ruin your feet but my toe is not smashed 😀

My ex-husband called my feet ninja turtle feet. People made fun of my feet in school. I was always told I had ugly feet because unless I am FORCED to wear shoes I go barefoot. My kids make fun of me because I have feet that look like flippers. Ballet accepted my feet because we were told to spread out the toes and grip the floor with our feet. Turns out all the people who had a bad thing to say about my feet were all wrong! 😌

what's crazy is people always told me that I was messing up my feet for going Barefoot and wearing flip-flops all the time because I can't stand shoes smashing my toes together. I was always told that the bones spreading out was not a good thing, glad I was not wrong. I got some splayed feet lol

Thanks for adding in the timer I was going absolutely ballistic in anticipation while watching your older vids

Do they actually teach your toes to spread back out? You said yourself you've been using them for years, why haven't your toes learned their new placement? Genuine question here, I am very skeptical of manual corrective devices on general.

Shoes are not shaped like feet. More people need to wake up to this and demand shoes for real human feet. Try having wide feet... its a complete joke! None of the major shoe brands are making shoes for human feet. They are making shoes for ADVERTISEMENTS.

I noticed when i learnt drawing. Shoes and barefoot look so different that when i try to draw a shoe over a sketch of the foot structure it absolutely doesn't look right even though that's what you do with all the other clothes. You draw the naked body and then clothes on top

This is how I've always felt! The only reason toe spacers are needed is bc most shoes are not made well in the 1st place! Wide toed sneakers with narrow ankles are a blessing, wish more shoes were made that way.

This is true. Ive used vivo’s for years and my toes changed.

So basically my weird wide feet are normal after all and people are buying expensive gadget just to have weird wide feet like mine. 😁

I always complained about my wide feet. It was hard to find fitting shoes. But I learned that my feet are normal! Since I can remember, i love walking barefoot. So my feet developed normal and wide. My toes are very flexible. And I have barefoot shoes that fit my feet.

I'm so glad you started talking about this! I've been having bunions since I was a kid (genes) but only now I'm discovering wider shoes and toe spacers. Healthy feet are so important for the overall posture and even eyesight (see PRI methods)!

Thank you for getting this information out there. I am required to wear composite toe electrical hazard boots at work and it’s a painful struggle. I broke my ankle 20 years ago or so and had a very weak and unstable ankle for years. My remedy at the time was lacing up tight and using an ankle brace at the gym or in sports. Five years later or more I found the 5 fingers and found people regaining their strength and natural form wearing them. When I was not at work I wore my 5 fingers and as a result my work boots became more and more uncomfortable with non safety toe. With the use of boot stretchers I made it work until it became required to wear composite toe eh. Through many boot fittings I eventually found keen boots that work but still cramp my feet. These people or understand that your foot is supposed to be the shape of a baby’s foot. These manufacturers need to be informed to create boots that are the correct shape for the foot. And finally shoe companies are coming out with correctly shaped shoes. You talk or read from any knowledgeable chiropractor out there and find that proper body alignment starts with the feet.

Always wondered why shoes are pointy when our feet are not. I only wear wide shoes because the pointy ones are too uncomfortable.

Great advice. I've been using Vivo, Vibrams, and other wide-toe-space shoes for a while, eliminating discomfort and increasing balance.
