Quick fix Slime air Inflator

I had a different Slime compressor that had a cracked hose, but basically followed the instructions on how to repair it. It worked and saved me the cost of buying a new compressor.

I saved the hose from one that failed. The hose on the new got crimped, so I need to swap hoses. Glad I came across this video.

I have a Slime inflator with a little bit different design but I believe this video has helped me enough to see what the insides would look like when I open it void the warranty 😆 Thank you for this video.

Thanks for the video. My auto shut off feature is no longer working, it keeps inflating even though it stops at the mark. A few months ago it worked, it turned off the device at the mark. It was set to 36 psi and continued to inflate until I turned off the device, and when I checked the pressure with another gauge it showed 50 PSI. I could probably still use the device, I just can't rely on the auto shut off feature anymore. Is there an easy fix, many thanks?

What if the hose end connector to car tyre is spoilt? Can we use a bicycle pump hose to replace the set?

Slime air compressors are so WEAK where the electrical cord goes into the socket. Not worth the money. Maybe re-enforcing that area with tape so that it can't bend at that spot might be the trick when buying one new. I have two of them with the same issue the expensive one and the cheaper model but I never had an issue with the air hose itself. The other issue is when trying to inflate a second tire you need to disconnect the air or at least back it off a bit and then re-attach while it is running. It's not overheating at all so that isn't a problem.

ya know the ReAL quick fix... take a hammer to it and go buy a good one... SLINE SUCKS ASS!!! my $70.00 dual 12/120 v lasted 2 months on the 12v side.. and 3 more months on the 120v side... right when I needed it the most... IT FAILED!!!
