I went to Walmart hoping to be hired as a mechanic. When they asked me do I have e any experience. I told them "Yes, and I got all my experience and knowledge about cars from Scotty's Channel on YouTube. Walmart hired me on the spot. Thanks Scotty!!!!

I was on the fence at first. But now I'm really excited about buying some fix a flat! This guy's energy is contagious.

Scotty would make a great wrestling commentator.

I prefer the old flammable formula in which you hit a bump the tires burst into flames.

i vouch for this stuff!
i ran over a screw and had to air up every few days. Fix a flat came along and havent aired up for over 3months so far. VERY well worth it.

It works, same happened to me, I had a slow leak and tires were still good and it’s been a year of no leaks. AC stopped blowing cold air, took it to the deal and said I needed a whole new unit will cost around $800. I went to Walmart and bought the AC recharge for $35 dollars and it’s been 4 years since and still blowing cold air. YouTube is the automotive nightmare and now they’re charging 80 dollars for oil changes.

It definitely works, but it leaves a big mess inside the tire for the next person to replace the tire.

One tip when you go to get new tires let them know it's in there so they can keep the mess to a minimum.

1) Full-size spare, inflated, always in trunk.
2) $30 air pump from Harbor Freight, also in trunk.
3) Tire plugging kit, in trunk.
4) Both belts (not timing, though), conditioned, in trunk.
5) 1.5 ton HF jack for $59, in trunk.
6) $8 HF breaker bar, slides in to handles of jack.

This, and a small amount of tools, will get you back on the road in 20min or less. Total weight is under 100lbs, including the spare tire and jack.

I have to agree with Scotty on this one! The UK equivalent is "Tyre Weld" and I've used it on three tyres over the past 5 years and all with 100% success rates, and not once did I have to top up any of the treated tyres. One of the tyres in question remained in daily use on my Focus for 2 years and covered over 15, 000 miles until I replaced it due to going bald. Over those two years I never once had to top up that tyre.

This stuff should only be used in an emergency/last resort/"junk tire that is soon to be replaced anyway" type situation! I used to work in a tire shop, and this stuff will instantly void the warranty on your tires, and we could not repair tires that had this stuff in them! Not to mention...it makes a huge mess, and is a major PITA to deal with as the tech

As a les schwab tire employee: Don't use it if you can avoid it! the chemicals are pretty toxic and can be bad for us tire guys! also, if your wheel has a chrome finish, the fix a flat can cause a lot of corrosion on your wheel. it can lead to leaks occurring down the road between the rim and bead of the tire. this can be a headache for both us (tire guys) and you because you have to keep coming back to the shop to get the inner edge of the rim polished and sealed again. just please use in emergency situations only!

Is a tire Tech I can tell you you don't want to use this stuff except in a last resort. Fix-A-Flat violates warranties on your tires. And if the tire was repairable if you use Fix-A-Flat it will no longer be repairable. Also everybody hates having to clean this s*** up after you change the tire.

I bought 4 new great tires, When I got home a roofing nail got into the tire, it was just 2 hours old. I had the tire shop pull it out and fix it but there was a very slow leak still. Used one of those and a year later no problems.
