I'm telling you I'm tired of Melissa being right all the time. I started following her on Jun 6, 2023 and my body has really changed since then! I feel and look great (133 to 126lbs! - Not that I weigh myself that much.) I really take her suggestions seriously. Recently she suggested (in an instagram message) that I stop strength training/HIIT 6 days a week and sub out some days with walking or another activity. I resisted but then gave in and you know what, her less is more approach actually worked! I'm also less stressed out about getting in my 6 days. I'm telling you all. You will see Melissa is the truth!

Melissa, I hit 40 and overnight, I lost my lean body. I went from 130 to 145lbs. I hadn’t changed anything! Usually, I can cut back on one meal and drop a couple pounds, but now, I can literally starve myself and not budge an ounce. I tried everything, with zero success. I found you about 10 days ago. I started following your advice, tons of protein and balancing carbs and fat. I went from 145 to 139…. in 10 days! And I don’t look loose and flabby, which often happened after I lost weight in the past. (Because I was losing muscle, not fat) I look lean and my skin tone looks great. I am also lifting HEAVY. Omg, I’m telling everyone. Thank you, thank you so much.

Hello Melissa, I'm currently on my transformation. I just started your shred program. I'm just sick of being tired and overweight. I just turned 53, and it's time I do better and especially since I had the beginning stages of colon cancer. So, thank you for sharing your journey and the information you learned along the way!

I read that while you are trying to get healthier at this age and do strength training that if you DO gain weight you are on the right track. That’s it’s a good sign. Especially if you are changing your nutrition and strength training. I stopped weighing myself and focus right now on how I am feeling. So far so good. I was also a runner but since I e become older I noticed it did not work anymore and people around me thought it was silly to stop running. (My whole family runs. All boys and my husband) It was not working for me! It works for them😂That’s when I decided I needed to figure out how my body works now at this new stage of life. I am 48. I love what I’m doing and feel very optimistic! Thanks Melissa you are amazing and right on. I miss running but I also love being outside so I just hike and walk💜This age means going through a “new puberty” if you will😂 What’s happening to my body?😂

I am so happy that I joined Melissa's 8 week transformation challenge. I definitely will upgrade as soon as I can to get into your inner circle and be coach directly by Melissa. I really agree with her about scale weight and measurements. I know that I seem to have difficulty eating lots of food throughout the day, but I am trying to get in my protein, veggies and fruit. I went shopping with my list on 2/1/24 and bought all I need for this week. I will be prepping on the weekend. I am so excited about doing this amazing challenge. 😍

Hi Melissa, you are the words can explain how amazing your coaching is! I’m 54 and I have been doing all of these for the last decade and now I’ve gained almost 20 pounds and six months… I am starting to incorporate all of these… But let me tell you getting 150 g of protein takes a lot of work specially, being vegan! Yes this video helped a lot, especially about eating more protein and not checking the scale. I'd like to be a size 6 again at the weight 140ish, it'll happen in time with following the right food regimen and strength training, HIIT cardio too. What I'm looking forward to is HIIT cardio for 15-20 min that doesn't involve the freaking treadmill lol

I've taken your advise for the first time . I use to do 40 hours min of pretty moderate elliptical and then some weights but this time I'm going to cut my cardio time down to 20 min of elliptical moderate and focus more on weights. I hope I'm doing the right thing. But I do need to regain all my muscle I lost when I took time off the gym life this past fall and winter. Of course I gained all my body fat back bc of my sedentary choices but I was struggling mentally. But I'm back again and I look forward to seeing some results.

Hi I wonder if anyone can help me I have always tried to keep fit and have had creatine powder and HMB supplements I have now started on HRT. Is it still safe to carry on with these supplements . ???
