Hi Thomas. Thank you for your video. Great to watch as I was concerned that my IPI score was dropping recently. Could you tell me how to change 'replenishable items' to 'non replenishable items' as you suggested regarding in-stock rate? Also, I am keeping few listing 'closed' as I would like to sell them again after March (when shipping cost gets cheaper again), but I feel that it is affecting FBA in-stock rate as I get those listing under 'restock today' section. What shall I do?

Thomas, could you please clarify -- is it necessary to delete listings when I've sold all items, can I just choose 'Close listing' in the dropdown menu, rather than 'Delete listing and product'? What's the difference it would make, please? Thanks a lot!

I sell FBM and if I leave some listings OOS without deleting those listings, I get a reduced IPI. I wonder why they hurt my IPI if these are FBM products.

I am in need of a VA for OA, but my criteria are quite challenging as compared to most sellers, where we need 25% ROI and minimum of $6 profit *after* $2 prep + estimated shipping costs to FBA, and that we prefer products that sell at least 40x per month for us (total sales divided by competitive sellers). Do criteria like these seem appropriate for your VAs to search for?
