Vanessa! I'm from Russia. I found your lessons 2 weeks ago, and I really see a great improvement of my English. Thanks to you I am not shy any more to speak with my friends in English, I practice writing every day with my friends by chatting in different messengers in English instead of native Russian... Some of my friends have CPE (I have only FCE), so I ask them to correct my mistakes immediately. Earlier it was a shame for me to do mistakes, but now I've stopped to be perfect and try to practice every time... Thanks so much for your great support and motivation!!! Answering your question I would like to tell you that around 20 years ago, when I used to work for a trading company I had to write formal letters in English to managers and directors of the companies from England, USA and Germany which I was representing in Brazil.
