missing you man! your the only dude that puts out videos like this, and ive watched hundreds and hundreds of "solo drills" which are mostly the same! Sam's exercises are great for people like me who dont have a partner outside of class; i can feel like im still moving ahead with jui jitsu. my instructor complimented me the other day on a roll which i had NEVER done in a live role before, IT WAS FROM Sams exercises! they are legit and worth doing !

I'm pretty new to BJJ but obviously want to get as good as I can, as quick as I can. My core is weak so I'll be plying these to my overall training, thanks!
