I track my progress with the combination of my weight + visual assessment + strength. I have pretty good genes so if I take a break and then work out for just a week I can already see a huge difference in muscularity. And I can feel an increase in strength.

But sometimes the weight and visual assessment together can be off based on my judgement. Sometimes I wake up and my waist looks tinyyy, turns out I gained 2 pounds. Sometimes I wake up and I think I look more "puffy" and I lost like 2 pounds. But those 3 are how I track progress. Weight and strength are beneficial because they are quantifiable.

I just want to know my body fat percentage because I feel kinda off for some time now. I've been doing calisthenics for a while and I've seen the progress but I become unmotivated and kinda depressed for some reason. And I've heard that if your body fat become very low you'll start to experience lack of motivation. Hoping to finally cure whatever it is I'm experiencing.

Great video genuine sweet touching and great editing thanks for your contribution. I've done the calipers, standing fat scales and now tried your body fat calculator. I think they are all moderately accurate I would say a cheap body fat weight scale is probably the most inaccurate. The bougie one at the gym that you hold in your hands told me I was about 10% lower than my homestanding fat scale last year. That's quite a difference I tried the method here and I don't think it's too far off. I'm finally going to invest in a very well rated body fat weight scale and I will also try this method and I will report back!

These calculators always say I'm obese even though I'm very clearly not. I think I'm going to get some calipers so i can test that way

Btw, a lot of the online methods I use(this one included) give me ridiculous resuts. Telling me I'm like 1-2% bodyfat😂

I know you said they are all off, I get that. Just felt the need to share that, lmao. Not sure why it works that way for me almost every time.

I got 12 a few months ago i suspect its reduced since. Ive a six pack. I need to increase fats though as i started passing out.
