'Privilege' to return as MP but 'incredibly difficult night' for Tories - James Cleverly

James Cleverly, who was the home secretary, says "it's been an incredibly difficult night" for the Conservative Party and they now need to think about "why this has happened".

He said it was a "privilege" to return as the MP for Braintree, having won 35.5% of the vote share.

When I think of "Incredibly difficult" - I think of the lives of countless disabled people driven to penury and suicidal despair by the likes of Cleverly and associated zealots. Less than zero pity. All of the tories who have been booted will be onto the next grift, been lining it up for months or years rather than anything so dull as serving constituents.
