This is the recovery tutorial on how to restore a MOFI4500-4GXeLTe V2 router in case it does not boot up or you cannot log in for some reason.

You will to ensure that you fully download the firmware as if it was not fully downloaded and you try to recovery, it will always fail and router will need to do a recovery again.

Even the "IT" people at UBIFI did not know how to fix a bricked modem after using the firmware that was on their own web site

Hello, I’ve had a problem for years with my mofi and I cannot figure it out for the life of me, but the internal module is just non existent! It’s just gone, and no amount of resetting or recovery helps, have you ever had this problem? I can’t find any troubleshooting anywhere on it 😢

HI Nofi.. I have 2 questions.. 1. Does this change the router sign in to factory.. i.e Root and Admin? 2 Do I need to take the SIM card out before doing this?

I get all the way to "submit and flashing" but I get the error:

The connection was reset
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

Can you help with this problem?
