Florida, as a Puerto Rican who deals with this all the time, it's time to evacuate. Seriously. You will be miserable. There is very little being there is going to do to save your property. You can't do much while it's happening and recovery can wait until after the hurricane is gone. You physically being there isn't going to keep your home above water, or keep the roof on your house.

It is going to track north. It will make landfall in the pan handle, exit at Jacksonville. Continue north along the coast and dip back in at the Carolinas.
