Hurricane Milton 11PM forecast update: Stronger, slower and expected to become a major hurricane

Hurricane Milton is getting stronger and slowly in the Gulf of Mexico, but is expected to rapidly intensify into a major hurricane on Monday, the National Hurricane Center said. FOX 35's Noah Bergren goes over the 11 p.m. advisory.
