Giorno caro una domanda: questa è la mia rm cosa vuol dire rottura del legamento crociato anteriore non riconoscibile?INDAGINE ESEGUITA NEI TRE PIANI DELLO SPAZIO IN DIVERSE PESATURE, CON
APPARECCHIATURA DEDICATA E-SCAN.
Quesito clinico: recente trauma.
Rilievi: rotula di altezza regolare, correttamente allineata sul piano trocleare ai gradi di
flessione dell'esame. Aspetto disomogeneo, fibrillare del panno condrale in assenza di edema
della spongiosa subcondrale.
Regolare nella rappresentazione il tendine rotuleo ed il corpo adiposo di Hoffa.
Regolare morfologia e struttura del legamento crociato posteriore e dei due legamenti
collaterali.
Esteso edema di spongiosa interessa il piatto tibiale a prevalente sede mediale con sottile
alterazione di segnale a decorso serpiginoso da microcedimento trabecolare
post-traumatico; si associa edema di spongiosa a carico dei condili femorali.
Rottura completa del legamento crociato anteriore non riconoscibile a livello della gola con
sottili fibre distali riconoscibili abbattute a livello delle eminenze intercondiloidee.
Non fissurazioni a carico delle fibrocartilagini meniscali.
Lieve versamento articolare in assenza di significativo versamento a livello della borsa
comune del gastrocnemio-semimembranoso.
