The scenario begins with a cargo plane flying over a rainy city. High above, builders are working on a building's roof when they suddenly notice that the plane is flying too low. To their disbelief, the plane crashes into a crane and the wing breaks off, plummeting to the road below. The pilot quickly contacts the dispatcher, alerting them to the possible plane crash location. The dispatcher quickly sends fire engines and an ambulance

Meanwhile, the pilot struggles to control the damaged plane in the air. As the emergency vehicles rush to the possible crash place, the pilot finally loses control of the plane and it crashes next to the land act reservoir. The first emergency vehicle to arrive on the scene is a fire SUV, which rushes to the damaged plane. The pilot is trapped inside and unable to open the door. The firefighter quickly springs into action, welding the door open and pulling the pilot to safety

As more emergency vehicles arrive, they work tirelessly to secure the area and assess the damage. Fortunately, the pilot is okay, though the plane has suffered significant damage, including the loss of a wing
