even the ones tha supports auto focus and aperture control will still have issuds here and there. Unless you are in the process of switching platforms, dont go and buy a different mount lens thinking that it would work the same.

I’ve had mine from Urth for almost two years now for my Canon 70-200mm L f2.8 USM iS II (stupidly long name). It works pretty well, image stabilization and all other electronic bits in the lens work perfectly. But I will say that it doesn’t produce the sharpest results when for example you are focusing at infinity. As soon as you use a lens adapter you are introducing extra wiggle room that tends to result in the lens and camera body being slightly misaligned. But maybe this is a problem with just my specific adapter, not sure.

Fringer... I have this brand, and it works really well, and I have my Nikon lenses on now on my Fuji and it works fantastically well. There is a bit of chromatic aberration with certain lenses as well. You need to be aware of, but most of it is easily fixed in post. I love using my 85 mm 1.8 on my crop sensor. Fuji and it makes it a beautiful lens for portraiture and means I don't have to buy expensive portraiture lens because this lens is actually rather inexpensive and a great option even to buy the lens and adapter it's still quite inexpensive. I had this lens already though, so it only cost me the adapter which was $200, I now have a 127 mm mini zoom lens on my Fuji

U might find the answer if your question here in this comment
First thing first : you will know if the adapter is compatible with auto focus and aperture control just by noticing electronic communication in the adapter itself
Second : you got your first auto-functioning focus/aperture adapter : you will notice its slow and non accurate focus that's because its most likely to be cheap ones or its not native adapter ( meaning not the same brand of ur camera ), the native ones like canon more expensive but ur safe and works well
Third party adapters ( non native adapers ) nowadays getting better and theres brands have good reputations make sure to do simple search for the suited one for ur gear
3) third : theres speed booster which convert apsc sensor to full frame somehow but u will face issues if u have cheap ones .

Thank u for spreading awareness of this tool! I got mine to use old e-system Zuiko Four Thirds lenses on a micro four thirds olympus camera and it's so cool! Even the auto focus works (albeit being slow haha)

My experience is that adapters suck ultra major ass. Doesn’t matter how good it is the focusing is incredible slow and everything act like it has a mind of it’s own. Best is to buy a lens that is made for the camera.
