Kecay- Pentax K to Canon EF Lens Adapter

Adapting vintage lenses on your Canon DSLR.

Trying out a $15 lens adapter from Kecay for mounting Pentax K lenses on your EF mount camera.

These are simple adaptors but there's still lots of issues with poor quality and how well they fit you lens and camera.
The Kecay adapter have been working great during the three weeks I've been using it on my Canon aps-c camera. All the lenses have felt snuggly in place while mounted.

I bought this adapter on Amazon for approx $15 after comparing reviews with more expensive but similar adapters. I've had no issues and can therefore recommend this adapter if you’re looking for a PK to EF Mount adapter.

Informative video! I am a Pentax owner and I have been accumulating vintage lens! I am glad to see Pentax glass getting attention. As for adapting lense, I see the value of using this and can see how it would be beneficial. Somewhat related, I been using vintage 8mm and 16mm film camera lenses on my digital cameras and have gotten some interesting results.

[3:50] This is what I was exactly wanted to know. I tried to mount PK to EF on 6D and, I felt that prism gets stucked at shutter release. Looks like I have to stick with M42 lenses which works perfectly with M42 to EF adapters on 6D.

Hola. Tengo una Canon 5D con un adaptador pk-eos pero al disparar se atasca el obturador.
En el vídeo comentas que en las Canon full frame hay que buscar otro adaptador. Me puedes decir cuál es? No lo encuentro en ningún sitio.

Hey there 😊, this video is really informative. I had tried PK mount with EF adaptor on 5DM4 and the mirror was getting blocked by the projection behind the lens. I understand from your words that a canon crop sensor camera will work with pk to ef adaptor without that mirror stuck problem.

I am if this is a silly question, but i am wondering if there could possibly be an adapter from EF-S to XL mount.

Here is what im looking at!
Canon Video Lens 3X ZOOM XL 3.4-10.2mm f/1.8-2.2 for XL Camcorder.

I can snatch this lens for 70 USD, or brand new for 200 USD.

Its really grabbed my attention for the type of art photography I do.

Any knowledge or help would ne super appreciated 😁 And thank You Sir In Advance :)
