I’m currently on day 2 lol. I personally barely eat during the first few days 😭 It’s definitely not healthy. So thank you for the simple meal ideas! The miso soup looks delicious 🤤

I like your positive approach so much! :) And I know this might not work for everyone, but once I´ve accepted my period and my body, the pain just disappeared and I actually enjoy my period now. Of course, healthy lifestyle is a big part of it too, but I believe that you have to be at peace with your femininity in order to have painless periods :)

Red raspberry leaf has been a life saver for me (pill form). I was constantly bleeding very heavily from some fibroids that I have in my uterus, and this has helped the bleeding stop. Along with birth control pills I now have a normal cycle.

I love that you shared this because I am on a journey to be gluten-free and lessen how much animal products I eat even though it kinda rare now. I don’t have celiac but my stomach is super sensitive. Anyway thank you for all your recipes and tips and everything you do. 🥰🤍
