Don't you need a heat-gun to soften the plastic on the inside of the boot where the t-nut is digging in? Otherwise it will not have sunk into the plastic enough to be permanently set. Thoughts? And good to put some Loctite Blue on the threads.

What buckle would fit on a Head XP boot, is it possible do change then or they are no longer available ?

Where do you buy tee nuts and the flat head screws. Can you please post a link where you get them(exactly the ones which you use in your video)
