I love that you cooked the broccoli with the pasta and that you used that broccoli + pasta water in the dressing. It’s a one-pot, one-jar, one-box grater meal (+ a knife to cut up the broccoli and measuring spoons and 2 measuring cups — one wet + one dry). I wonder why this recipe wasn’t emailed to my inbox.
