Dr. Slay shares many mental health issues are too hard to diagnose based on 3 or 4 symptoms in a 30 second video. Both Dr. Slay and Dr. Sportelli are happy that it’s breaking down some of the mental health stigma, but is TikTok doing more harm than good?

So should I not use the clinical term "headache". Most people are not diagnosing on a 30min video. This is blatant gaslighting. I'm tired of Dr. saying that people are seeking accommodations from a self diagnosis is unheard-of. Pundits

only psychologists should be allowed to become parents. because rest of them have no clue or dont care enough to understand these issues. and if you try to speak up, they'll just tell you to "man up" and that your "silly little mental problems" are nothing compared to what they had to go through. theyll bring up the fact that we have internet and air conditioning and what not things that they grew up without. bottomline, problems that dont have a tangible element aren't problems for them. so social media is what they turn to. and since going to a psychologist in clinic is expensive, and since most of these teenagers are probably minors, even that is not an option even if they wanted to.
