Mostly everyone says you should choose what u interested in. And like if you choose web development and makes good website as a project but when you sit in placement drives then they only judge your problem solving skill not development skills because they will definitely train you on development but never train you on CP or problem solving skills..
So please keep in mind you first start DSA and go for CP than after that you should go for development.

Imagine if YouTube, linkedin, . And many other educational social platforms and statups and institutions exist then where you should learn skill. Your College teach you about CP, Web development or any other industrial training info. Perhaps never they only certified you to sit in drive but never teach you how to crack that drive.

Web development is just like a copy paste thing..
But competitive programming makes yor real developer not a copy paste developer.

But web development never pay more money as compared to CP.
One of my friend who got job in product based company of package 12lpa as a fresher without any web development. And also one of my friend only get max package of 4lpa with web development..
So please focus on DSA and CP not Web development.👍🔥

Our education system gives you Driving license for drive and makes you eligible to drivein documents but never teach or train you how to drive.
