Dr. Mandell's Sinus Drainage Trick

I like to share one of my favorite techniques to help your sinuses drain super quick. We will be stimulating sensory nerves in the ear, telling the brain to send a reflex to the sinus region.

Lately I'm having vertigo .I will try this because all my life I have sinus problems.In the winter time is worst and triggers my asthma that's why I'm always sick in the the winter.But last year and this year I was able to control it by taking allergy pills and meds for asthma but this one is the natural way.I always want everything natural and will switch to organic because too many cancer in my family. i take flonase every moroning when I awake because I have a deviated septum and was told by 2 ent's years ago to get surgery for my obstruction. I have had tennitus for 10+ years and sinus sx from hell! I sat here and did this exercise one time and my worse side opened immediately!!! My sinus is disgusting, I am a lady and I tell my family if I am not blowing my nose today is going to be hell (for everyone!)a dry nose with no blow means congestion all day. we can tell when it is going to rain(change in barimetric pressure)by my sinuses.
