Do you know what Brian had that was different from the others, but I mean all of them? It wasn't just his voice and physical appearance that made him special, otherwise it would have been banal. It was the way he did things: there was something candid, genuine, unartificial, natural... in the sense that he set his mind to something and did it, regardless of what his bandmates would have thought. I noticed this several times: someone would walk past him, and he would smile and say 'hello' even with his hand... like a child would. Someone would throw flowers, as in this case, and he would thank them and reciprocate with a flying kiss...Stuff I've never seen elsewhere, in my memory❤️
