We challenge you to start your day off right with this 7 Day Morning Routine Challenge. We challenge you to incorporate the workout below into your morning routine for 1 week! The workout will help you feel rejuvenated and focused throughout your day.

:40 on / :20 rest
Push Up To Downward Dog
Jumping Jacks
Shoulder Taps
High Knees / Burt Kickers (:20 each)
Snap Backs
High To Low Plank
Air Squats
*Then hop in the shower! 1 minute as cold as it gets!
