To anybody Who is new to working out, this guy has perfect form. Do not get discouraged if you cannot do the exercises the way he does them. It takes a lot of time to get to that level.

30 second rest between each excercise.
15 Reps : Burpees
15 Reps : Jump Squats
12 Reps each leg : Lunges
15 Reps : Prisoner Squats
15 Reps : Diamond Pushup
15 Reps : Incline Pushup
15 Reps : Decline Pushup
15 Reps : Tricep Dip
15 Reps : Mike Tyson Shoulder Pushup
15 Reps : Seated Ab Knee Tuck
12 Reps : Crawl Out Pushup

From 305 to 850 to 518 now. It took me over half hour but slowly got the full routine. Thanks for kicking this old guys ass back in shape!

Great workout young man. Calisthenics are a great supplement for weight training. I’m 62 and do all of my calisthenics with a 20 lb weight vest. To those just starting out. Just start and don’t quit. You are going to be super sore, but that’s part of the process. Stick to it and don’t quit.

It was a battle at first and still is but now I keep up with his timing in the video, this is to everyone ..focus on the form and not the speed and you’ll build stamina and endurance the muscle will follow
