Don't Microwave Food in Plastic Containers!

What should you never do when preparing food for you kid? Don’t microwave their food in plastic containers. They can release harmful chemicals into the food. The leached chemicals could affect kids’ hormones, development, and lead to childhood obesity.

This looks awesome, except microwaving the fries in a plastic container. Don't do that. The heat of the food against the plastic causes the plastic to leech bad stuff into the food. Use glass or porcelain. Never plastic.
