When I was a kid I used to microwave foods that just shouldn't have been microwaved to see what would happen. The worst was an orange. It smelled up the whole kitchen like hot orange which was absolutely gross...so don't ever microwave an orange. :/

when I was about 10 I noticed that my favorite nail polish had dried out. And I got this ''fantastic'' idea that it might get more liquidy if I microwaved it. I smelled something burned and saw strange flashes in the microwave, so i opened the microwave and a thick grey smoke filled the house. Breathing it made the throat, lungs and nose burn. Luckily only me, my turtle and my brother were home, so we ran out of the house with our turtle and my laptop and opened all the doors/windows for the air to go out. it took 6 hours before we could walk inside and breathe in there again.. xD the only thing left of the nail polish was a black goo. and this happened many years ago and I accidently told my mom recently, her reaction was priceless.
